Rincón Tapatío serves 10/10 authentic Mexican food. Everything is amazing, from enchiladas, burritos, and arroz con pollo down to the rice and beans. It is the best place in Spokane for great Mexican food, not like other restaurants. The food is always consistently great, fresh, and hot. Service is lovely, friendly, and top notch. The atmosphere is great. The sangria and fajitas are favorites. Do not forget to ask for dessert. It is the best salsa in town, and the street tacos are full. This is where people come to celebrate birthdays and family get-togethers.
