The McDonald's restaurant in Hilliard offers quick service and tasty food, making it a convenient drive-through destination. Despite some unfriendly staff, the location is kid-friendly and accessible for those with wheelchairs. The parking area has approximately 40 spaces, although the sloping terrain can present some challenges. The team's exceptional service has been praised, with customers highlighting the warmth and attentiveness of the staff, particularly the manager Olivia.
Customers have consistently praised the fresh and high-quality food, with one reviewer describing their burger as "always fresh." Another customer was impressed with the team's handling of a large order, with the team accurately completing the order of 30 sandwiches and 10 burritos without any wait. Customers also appreciate the convenience of the restaurant, with one reviewer noting the ability to pay with cash and park their bikes inside, making it an excellent pit stop.
