There's not many places I'll point at as an example to hold other places against. Rincon T is one of those places. I've eaten all over the world so when I say some of the best Ameri-mex food you can get in the US is right here. I've tried a silly amount of places in Seattle and San Diego searching for the perfect Burrito. There's only one place that's better out of around 90+ locations I've tried in the last ten years, and its a hole in the wall...
I can't say enough good things about this place. I took my boyfriend here for his birthday, and we both absolutely loved the food. Hands down the best refried beans I've ever had. Our server was also fantastic, and we really appreciated the great service we got there. This is probably my new favorite restaurant.
The server was friendly and food came out very fast. My nachos were delicious, hot, and the chicken was juicy. My Pina colada was perfect! I'll be back. Everything was reasonably priced too.
