“The bowling and event part of the facility is updated and clean. Most of the lanes functioned perfectly and pin setter was accurate. The food is not great but is ok. Bar tender is fantastic. They are currently remodeling the arcade space, curious to see if it is still going to be used for that.“
“My boyfriend and I and our daughter went to bowl on a Friday night. The place was clean and food was great! we received Awesome service from a blonde gal at the food counter. I forgot to write down her name but she was so nice and just treated like family. Definitely will be back.“
“Here's my dilemma with Shari's, great food always when you go in person. Good service usually but our last visit we ended up just walking out. My son an I went in Jan. 15th around 3 pm but after standing around for more then 5 minutes not even being acknowledged despite servers looking at us several times an 1 just walking around aimlessly. I think we won't be back for a while because it was very frustrating to be so rudely ignored. I understand being understaffed an overworked but when an employee is walking around aimlessly an stopping to fold paper napkins yet doing nothing with them only to start walking around aimlessly again its not okay.“
“Unfortunately, with their hours stated as closing at 10 pm, arriving at 8:50 I was presented with the info that the last call for food was at 9pm. We ordered just before 9pm and had a drink, and the server came up and announced last call for drinks was at 925.... We felt like we were being rushed out, with him turning off the restaurant music before we had finished dinner. I could tell we were not wanted, so next time I will just choose somewhere else.Just so you know, when looks at restaurants in the area, most places close at 9, with this establishment closing at 10. I would expect you to get some business after 9. If you don't want that business, just close at 9 like everyone else.“
“Is this place fancy? No. Is this place amazing? Yes!! Here's why...the service!! Unfortunately we didn't catch the gal's name who helped us but she was AWESOME!! We sat in the dining side because it was cozy and they had booths verses the bar side. Our server was also the bartender for the bar side. She knows how to make the perfect Cosmopolitan!! Well balanced... perfect pour!! We will definitely come back if we are ever in this area again!! ?❤️?Oh and the food was good too!! “I’ve had great food at both locations. I’ve loved the street tacos, and today tried the avocado boats. Both were excellent! My summer drink special tonight was so sparkly, and festive! The service was excellent at the new location, and I really appreciated no waiting! But the live music was the best!! I will come back.“
“Celebrated Easter with the 3 course brunch. Course 1 was great. Course 2 wasn't very good. Prime rib was dry and tough. Brussel sprouts were woody. Eggs, potatoes and French Toast were delicious. Service was excellent. 16 of us were served at same time. Drinks were refilled and servers were attentive.“
“We love this restaurant since we have 2 days breakfast here. Hotel offered coupons that we have free breakfast here. We ( family 2 adults and 2 kids)tried different breakfast , all tastes good. Atmosphere is elegant high end decorated. Suitable for family, company or friends gathering here.“
