I can't recommend the Northside Twigs location highly enough. We recently had a rehearsal dinner for 30 people and the atmosphere, food, drinks and staff were amazing! From the beginning stages of planning to the last delicious bite of dessert, Connor and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent experience. I can't thank them enough for providing such a memorable event for our family.
I wanted to give a shout out to Jessica who took care of a private event I attended this week. We were at the South Hill location, upstairs in their banquet room for a check reveal thank you party for the The Great PumpkinFest partners. Jessica took great care of us and we weren’t a small group for sure. We were all moving targets, mingling, talking, standing, sitting, and yet she still remembered who ordered what. The service is attentive and engaging, with friendly waitresses who are knowledgeable, professional, and always have a smile. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and accommodating to families with young children. Reservations are recommended, especially during peak hours. Although prices may be steep, the value is excellent compared to other options, making every visit a delightful experience.
