“An absolute gem of a restaurant and perfectly cooked food. Had an awesome pork tenderloin with creme brulee and my partner had the steak and potatoes with pear and coconut ice cream. Well worth it for the flavors. They offer two menus, one regular and one vegetarian. Patron clothing varied from casual to formal, so dress up only if you need to. The noise level was loud to quiet depending on how many people were in there. Overall, I would come back.“

“Some coworkers and I met at the Valley location for drinks, snacks, and swinging and it was a lot of fun. The bartender was extremely sweet, helpful, and made sure our visit was perfect. Prior to arriving, the owner went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and setup our reservation. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.“

“Moved back to the area and first time back to The Elk in well over 12 years. Still very good food, casual but clean and tasteful atmosphere. Service was good and plenty of menu and drink choices. Will definitely keep The Elk on the options list when next looking for a good meal.“

“Chill atmosphere with a great dj that kick off songs that are both relaxing and get you to get up and boogie. Bartenders and bouncers are both chill and badass peeps that keep the place legitimate. Pool tables could use some new bumpers and felt and could use some new bar sticks as most aren't straight, but thats bar sticks for ya. But all in all, 10/5 stars from galaxies unknown. Cheers! ??

“Great little sports bar. They play games (football, basketball, hockey, etc.) on the television. Derrick is amazing. Great bar tender, friendly, hard worker. Atmosphere is fun and friendly. Food is delicious.All around a great little bar. Get to know the people. They are really great.

“A month ago we visited Latah and we were so happy with everything! The bartender made the most amazing drinks! The FOOD!, outstanding and the atmosphere was perfect. If you are looking for a relaxing enjoyable dinner or even just drinks this is your place! I can't wait to go back!“

“Super friendly bar, beautiful patio. Servers are great. Andi will be greatly missed. She was so welcoming to anyone and everyone that entered the bar. Only down falls would be the tiny menu and bathrooms not the cleanest. But we still give them 2 thumbs up.“

Only thing is I would tone down the spice on the Cajun pasta because I couldn’t eat it first time I went due to stomach surgery it was too spicy,but other than that this place is an awesome environment the people are great and it is a fun place. “Nice place to grab a burger and a beer on the campus of Gonzaga University. It is located on the second floor of the Hemmingson Building. Besides burgers there are salads, salmon, and other bar food. I also like the macaroni and cheese. I eat here frequently Service is friendly and prices are reasonable. The Bulldog Pub is in the Hemmingson building, 2nd floor. Elevators and ADA accessable. A great place for lunch or dinner. Smaller menu, local beer and wine. Very good buffet this basketball season. Serves the buffet several hours before every home game (Men and Women). This is a no tip location.“

“Food has been great every time. I don't go crazy on the spice level so medium is fine. The order takers or ladies at the window are always hospitable and nice. My order is always correct!! Which is awesome to come to expect consistency.

My fave is there tender and waffle combo..

“I got the sirloin and shrimp; mine was well seasoned. Came out rare like I asked. The mashed potatoes and broccoli were perfect sides. My husband also got the sirloin and shrimp; his was medium well like he asked. His sides were mashed potatoes and asparagus. We enjoyed everything. Our server was the best we have ever had anywhere. The website says the hours are 12 pm to 8 pm on Sundays. The waiter let us know that the hours changed to 3pm to 8pm on Sundays. That didn't stop us from waiting, though. He even gave us a free slice of cheesecake when he found out it was our anniversary. They are also open on Monday's now.

“This is one of my favorite places. Me and my wife actually got married there in 2023 when a wildfire in a nearby area caused out outside air unsafe to breathe. Their service is great and their food is amazing. The music can be loud and it's a bar so people are drinking but if you don't mind a bar atmosphere you will have a good time and a really good meal.“
