I want to give Taqueria Guerrero a very big Thank as well as let the community to know how amazing our experience was. Currently I am the Chair of the Eastern Washington Veterans Task Force our groups serves veterans and military connected throughout Eastern Washington and we meet monthly to connect and discuss how we can best serve the Veterans in Eastern Washington, Inland NW, and North Idaho. By far the best street tacos I have ever had. We just happened to be having our Honda serviced and walking past it to get coffee, and we decided to get their Taco Tuesday $1.50 tacos.Well, my goodness, I’m so glad we did. The ingredients were so fresh, so crisp, and just seasoned and cooked perfectly. And it was hot to the touch. The taco sauces were perfect too.I mean everything was perfect about this taco truck. My husband and I just moved here from New Mexico and we have been searching for a place that has some good street tacos. Finally! This place was amazing and reminded us of home. We originally ordered three carnitas and asada tacos each with Cilantro and onion, and then came back for six more because they were so good. They were hot, fresh, and packed with so much flavor. We will definitely be coming here regularly as this is our new favorite spot!
