The Lunch Menu has fantastic options at Bangkok Thai on Argonne in the valley. I picked three items for only $19. Beef with Oyster Sauce. Coconut Soup with Pork. Green Curry with Chicken. The portions are perfect. The plating is so pretty. The flavors are DIVINE! As far as lunch menus go, this is one of my favorites by far. I love having so many choices. Service is great, and food comes out pretty fast, so an hour lunch should be more than doable.
The food was delicious! We got here at 6pm on a weeknight, and it was packed! We were still seated within about 15 minutes. While we waited I cannot even tell you how many to go orders went out - this place was busy!! We had not had Thai food before so this was a new experience for us. We ordered the mini spring rolls witch were very tasty and honestly I think i like the mini size even better than normal. The chicken satay was absolutely delicious!! The peanut sauce was overloaded with amazing flavors. I got the green curry. It was far way too sweet for my taste I felt like it could have been as sweet as a candy bar lol. Just extremely sweet. The place is a way over priced. The waitress was very nice and very sweet.
