Jimmy John's in Spokane Valley

“Ordered delivery through Uber Eats and the delivery driver tried to call and inform me that part of my order unavailable. Unfortunately it showed up on my phone as a spam call so I didn't answer. I called Jimmy John's and the guy that answered was extremely helpful and explained the frustrating and ongoing situation with Uber Eats. He suggested that I contact Uber Eats and request a refund which I did. I did not receive my order which is not the fault of the restaurant and would like to give a shout out to the excellent customer service I received when calling them. The gentleman who explained the problem was awesome and should be acknowledged. Thank you my friend!“

“Everyone was very friendly when I came in, three separate people greeted me. Place was very clean, even with them being kinda busy. Happy that Jimmy John's had hot sammiches now. Prices are really reasonable for what you get, and my food came out pretty quick. Definitely going to stop here again when I am in the neighborhood“
