The staff are very sweet and tend to make sure lines go fast. They have a walk-up option for pedestrians, which is convenient. The baristas are always nice to speak with, and they take care in making the drinks.

While the iced mochas are routinely good, the London Fog needs improvement, and the earl grey tea is sub-par. However, the excellent customer service and the overall cheerful atmosphere make up for these minor issues.
