I'm a long-time Spokanite and I have been buying food at Noodle Express for years, probably since they first opened. In the last few years I stopped because the food quality declined quite a lot. Tried it again this evening (online takeout order) and WOW what an improvement! The rice is great, no longer dry and flavorless. Broccoli was cooked perfectly. The servers can be kinda rude sometimes but I'm sure they are over worked and dealing with alot. Good food and GF (gluten free) options as well. Good atmosphere and let's you grab your own napkins and utensils ♡ all in all 4 stars!Dietary restrictions: Gf options
