Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer...read full review
this is a good DQ, however they need to learn that when someone in line orders food that is taking a while, ask that customer to pull forward and they will bring out food, like MCD's, Arby's, etc.

The service is okay and standard, with some staff being super friendly and welcoming, while others may seem bored or tired. The atmosphere is bland and boring, but that is expected. Orders usually come out quickly and fresh, though small mistakes like forgetting ketchup can happen.
