I did drive through because it was late at night, but service and food were great 👍
The two tacos in chocolate shake and Fry's are amazing, I'm hooked
Have not been to a Jack in the Box forever. But, today I wanted to change my routine and mix it up. Had high hopes, but, ehh. Underwhelming. I think I'll stay with my regular burger joints.

Jack In The Box offers good food that hits the spot, and many customers appreciate the quality of their burgers, especially the fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion. The atmosphere can be bleak, and service quality varies; some locations have unfriendly and rude staff, leading to poor service. However, at some sites, like the Argonne location, staff such as Dakota provide great and friendly service, making the experience more positive. Customers have noted that the staff are always pleasant and quick, and the food is generally faster than other fast food places. While some orders may be complicated, employees are often apologetic and eager to correct mistakes, ensuring customers leave satisfied. Overall, the experience can be hit or miss, but the food remains a redeeming factor.
