I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserved it.

From the moment I walked into Jimmy John’s, you could tell this location operates at a completely different level. The store was spotless, the energy was positive, and the entire crew was dialed in.

Martin at the counter stood out right away, professional, friendly, and genuinely engaged. What really blew me away though was the teamwork behind the line. As I was placing my order, they were literally building it in real time, and when I said “extra lettuce,” the whole crew paused, reset, and made sure it was done exactly right. It was actually kind of funny to watch, but also incredibly impressive. That level of attention and pride in the smallest detail is rare.

You can tell leadership matters here. With both the general manager and store manager present, it shows. The team was clean, fast, respectful, and mature, not just going through the motions, but actually caring about the product they were putting out.

And the food… top tier. Fresh, crisp lettuce, perfect veggies, quality meat, and bread that tasted like it just came out of the oven. Everything about it felt intentional.

This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a place like this. If you’re anywhere near Post Falls, do yourself a favor and stop in. This is how it should be done.“

“I used to come here but stopped because service and food wasn’t that great. I decided to get some subway today and it’s WAY BETTER! Staff is friendly, the food is neatly built and tastes amazing, and the store is clean. They must be under new management. 10/10 good experience!“

“I LOVE the crab soup and lobster Bisque soups!! it's disappointing that they aren't regularly carried. more often than not, the soups carried are cheddar broccoli and loaded potato intermittently swapped with Tomato. the seafood soups run out in 1 day. you'd think with their popularity that SanFran Eatery would carrier at least 1 of them full time. when in stock, I purchase at least 4 12oz containers. please consider selling these more frequently. it beats buying McDonald's anyday“
