Great staff and sandwiches!
We were in Airway Heights for the day to puck up some stuff from base family. We found this little Subway and stopped. The lady that was working there around 1-1:30pm was very busy, but very kind. She got our order ready and asked if we were military or EMS. I stated I was a retired fire fighter and EMT and she said great! You get the discount! What an absolutely sweetheart! 😘 The place was clean quiet and the sandwiches we received were very good! Kuddos to your store and...read full review

The Subway restaurant is a reliable choice, with friendly and skilled staff who provide a welcoming experience. Customers appreciate the variety of sandwich options and the use of coupons. The staff is praised for their excellent service and sandwich-making abilities. Dustin is noted as the best sandwich maker, handling many orders with great composure and making minimal to no mistakes. He is very kind and provides outstanding customer service. Anita, another employee, showed exceptional dedication by staying to make an online order despite feeling ill. She provided the best service ever and even brought back items to fulfill the order, demonstrating great commitment. Tammy is also friendly and personable, making the sandwich exactly the way the customer wants it without rushing. However, there have been concerns about long wait times and cleanliness, as some customers noted dirty floors and counters. The store is generally clean, but there is room for improvement in service speed and honoring coupons. Overall, the service is still considered outstanding, but management needs to address staffing and cleanliness issues for a better experience.
