Owner and manager needs to realize when the busy time is and schedule more people to work or come in and help. Waited more than 20 minutes due to online, Uber and truck delivery. Get it together yall!

One star is generous. Worst two sandwiches we have ever had. No flavor, virtually no oil, vinegar or seasoning. The chicken itself was so salty it was almost inedible. We won't ever be back.

Worst Subway EVER, they seem to be out of EVERYTHING on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Even all their carbonated Soda was out. Pretty much everything Subway has to offer they can't make because they are out of what is needed to make the Menu Item. I went today, something as dumb as Tomatoes they didn't have, except soggy mushed tomatoes, The employee kept apologizing, The mayo on the sandwich was RUNNY like milk. The bread was pretty much charcoal. The Subway in the local Walmart was FAR better, which they closed because it was competing with this Subway. It's too bad!

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS because they do not support all military in a military town. I have been going to this location for years for both personal and business caterings and have always received a military discount. I go tonight and pay 60.00 for 4 sandwiches and I’m told “she changed it and only allowing active duty discounts”. Oh so 26years of active duty service isn’t good enough… got it. Well you have not only lost my personal and catering business but I will also share this with all my “just retired” network of people.

Ordered online said sandwiches would be ready by 615p. I arrived seen an older lady preparing sandwiches and there were 2 others in the back not helping at all. I stated to another customer that apparently she is not getting any help. Our sandwiches were not ready. They couldn't find the order at first. I do not come to this location very often because the lobby is closed alot of the time, this store is understaffed and or untrained in customer service.

Honestly I’ve been standing in line here for 15 min now waiting to order.. for some reason they are placing greater importance on online order for people who are not physically here rn.. really don’t get that.

Last time we went to this location, they only had a few wheat breads available......at 12pm lunch rush. This time they ran out of all bread by 7pm. This has to be the worst Subway I've ever gone to. They don't even try anymore, and I will never go back.

I ordered through DoorDash from this location and got the wrong bread, which was burnt, missing veggies replaced with more meat, wrong cheese, and got garlic aioli instead of regular mayonnaise.
