The food is alright, but the root beer is the best I've had. Very polite and efficient staff. Manager appears very invested in running this location well. Would recommend to anyone looking for American food and great root beer at the Mall.
This chain has a really bad reputation in my experience. Based on this one, I don't know why. The burgers are as good as you would expect, the fries fine (especially with chili and cheese), the root beer...root beer. I often take my daughter here when we visit BlueZoo, Get Air, or the theater. The food is consistent. I like McDonald's quarter pounders with cheese.
