Talk to their customers better you never know what someone is going through and be considerate and honest with making a mistake with someone's order by not putting everything in their bag don't just lie and say you have to pay for more when it's not right to take extra money when the customer already paid for what the employees failed to put in the bag especially if the customer was just there and you remember them being there after 10 seconds of giving the customer their bag....read full review
Friendly staff and the bathrooms dont require to be opened by an employee which is convenient. Also they still have a self serve drinks.

Despite some concerns about homeless and drug activity, the staff, including Scott, are described as kind and always nice. However, there was a mention of a staff member named Keith who did not contribute positively to the team atmosphere. The double cheeseburgers and quarter pounder with cheese are particularly good, making up for the less desirable surroundings. The restaurant is also noted as a great place for fast food and is kid-friendly, making it a favorite spot for families. It has wheelchair accessibility, and customers appreciate the fast and easy service.
