I was told if you want Seattle Style Teriyaki in Spokane this was the place. It definitely did not live up to that billing the chicken an beef teriyaki was decent. Definitely does not compare to the puget sound area teriyaki but was edible. Sauce was very sweet. Also had the Mongolian beef and that was not good. 2 bites and I was done. Service was good and owners are super nice, but am afraid that is a one and done for me.

I've only ever had one bad experience here when I was with my boyfriend and his friends, but when I called and complained about the issue it was rectified immediately and I was even offered to come in and get a discount on my next purchase for the inconvenience!! Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a fast food environment in a good while.

We went through the drive thru it was about 7:15 AM. They didn't have the second drive thru lane open. People in line behind me were getting really annoyed. Even after I was only there for a minute. It would also be nice if they offered a mcgriddle kids meal or even just a regular McGriddle meal. They only have the more expensive one that had egg and cheese on it. So if you want to get a meal you have to pay for the items itemized, which is more expensive. They want $10 just...
