I just wanted to give a shout out to the crew working today. I have been having a rough day/week actually-& placed an order on the app (for a dr pepper, fries and pies). I waited in my car for it, when an employee brings out the drink and said the items were going to take extra time, so they came out and asked if I wanted to wait and I said yes. Went and their card reader wasn’t working. I told them I’m on a lunch break and already waited 20 min in line- can they make it - I’ll run next door and get cash and then come back and pick it up with cash. They told me no I have to come back when I have money. Mind you- it’s their card reader that was not working I just used my card an hour prior and it was not blocked. So I didn’t eat today since I ran out of time waiting in line there at lunch.
This McDonalds continually forgets to give me my entire order when I get take out. Would not be a big deal if it only happened a couple times but it has been almost every single time I get take out there. So then we have to wait for the food to be made that was missing and mean while the rest of the food is getting cold and they don't seem to really care at all.
