Red Robin has been our "go-to" for years, especially for take-out. We live 45 miles south of Coeur d'Alene, and there really isn't much by way of restaurants, so we enjoy it when my husband can pick up dinner after work and bring it home. Today that was our plan, and that's what we did. But we were very disappointed when they wouldn't let us have my free "birthday burger" unless we dined in the restaurant. I don't get it -- how hard...

Ordered a cheeseburger only ketchup and it came with everything on it. The manager took my burger back put it on a new bun with the cheese not even melted and came and brought it to the table. I'm not trying to be picky but who eats cold cheese! They fixed it and it was delicious. Down side my person I was eating with was already almost done when my burger finally came :(

I take my Autistic grandson here almost every month. Every time our servers are friendly and timely. The manager Steven stops by our table to check on us if he is working. The food is ALWAYS HOT AND TASTY. My grandson LOVES Red Robin.
