We were visiting Coeur d’Alene when our host took us to Vine and Olive for dinner. It was a gorgeous night so we sat on the patio. The wine selection was very nice. We selected a Rose that was delicious. We ordered the Caesar salad and it was perfectly dressed, fresh, crispy and very tasty with crumbled croutons on top.
