Normally I’m a huge fan of Rodger’s. My mom and I decided to go to lunch at this one over the Sherman location due to time restrains. There were probably about 6 people in the restaurant. I don’t know how many were in the drive through. Both of us ordered bacon on our burgers and neither one of us got it. So I went up and the cook was nice enough to give me some. That’s not my issue. I also ordered a chocolate malt. Malts are much thicker than normal milkshakes and have a distinctive flavor. Needless to say, this was not my first month that I’ve ever had. When I finally tried my malt, it tasted like a milkshake and had the consistency of a milkshake. I figured they forgot to put the mount mixture in my drink so I went and asked somebody and I’m assuming he was the manager but you could tell he was very flustered. He asked the girl that made it if she put the mall in my drink and she said that she put three scoops in it. He wasn’t necessarily rude, but he seemed very snappy and said that he was very busy with orders and could make it when he had time. I was not asking him to remake it. I was just wondering if the mall was mixed in with my drink. My drink had the consistency of a soda. I don’t know if it’s lack of training at this location, but I will not be returning to this location and will be going to the Sherman location from now on. Where the manager treated me really put me off and I hope he was able to take a breath.

We eat here regularly because it’s close to our house, consistency has always been an issue but lately it’s been more misses than wins.

Inside, all of the tables were dirty and the staff was hanging out on their phones and didn’t care that we were cleaning our own table.

The last 3 times we ordered and paid for burger toppings in the drive thru and they weren’t on the burger when we got home.

Consistently, the person at the window is unfriendly and doesn’t care, we can see the staff inside zoned out on their phones and then they don’t get our order right.

All of these things could be easily remedied by good management. I’d be surprised if this location lasts in its current state.

We can unfortunately at this point count on our experience being sub par so we are going to take our business elsewhere.

They don't pay they're employees the best compared to say McDonald's or Taco Bell, but the food is made fresh, and it is delicious ?

Great burgers! We came in for dinner yesterday and one of the employees, Jerry, greeted us nicely. He insisted on treating my two little kids with ice cream (respectfully asking for my permission first of course). We were surprised by this very kind and generous gesture which he paid for himself. We were treated like family and we will certainly be coming back! This world could use more people like Jerry.

Burgers and shakes good. Look at the fries though. Who thought this was okay to serve? There were two supervisors in the kitchen with the cooks when this happened. And charging the customer a fee to pay with a card is ridiculous. That’s the cost of running a business.

Kids meals had excessive amount of ketchup- like the cooks didn't even care. They messed up one of our burgers but fixed it. Fries were extremely greasy and luke warm, and staff didn't seem as friendly as other locations we've been to. Will never go back to this location.

Seven dollars for 2 scoops of icecream in a waffle cone! Seriously? This location has horrible lighting problems and food takes forever.

Beware of .18 cent processing fee added & receipt rung up before you even pay. I called and inquired why there was a fee and was advised it was a fee for using a card, except I paid cash. They stated for me to return for my .18 cent refund. I was back in Post Falls by then. Not using Rodger's again due to their practices of printing a total before receiving the payment.
