I ordered easy ketchup and chips instead of fries. Every burger was drenched in sauce and I got cold fries. After spending over $30 and having to return my order for a refund, no one asked what was wrong with it. There is obviously not a care in the world as to quality or customer service.

Tasty burgers, meh fries...good ice cream. The problem is with the employees. There are a lot of kids and no real supervisor so there are some loud conversations between teens talking about things that the whole restaurant shouldn't hear. Also, those conversations seem more important than customer service. We've been to Roger's probably 50 plus times over the years and it seems like that is a persistent problem throughout all their locations.

First warning, be ready to wait in the drive through for at least 30-40 min, that is with an empty parking lot. Then as you sit at the window watching the guy making your turkey burger without gloves, itching himself on his sweaty back and face, wiping his hands on a dirty towel hanging from his pants as he is putting your burger together and grabbing your fries to throw in the bag. ?? I suddenly lost my appetite. A reminder why I am not a fan of fast food. The young kid that took my order and I paid at the window was extremely nice. He actually had gloves on and the young kid cleaning as well. Not sure if they change them out when making your food, but did have them on. Lol I think this place needs to have better training and rules. Ick! ?

Don’t eat here recently worked here a lil bit ago was a team lead. Just recently moved back up here was having problem getting myself established. I had told them about a guy there named John that would text underage girls and make them feel uncomfortable and say really gross thing to them and I told them that he had to go. So they did let him go basically. But now that I’ve been gone and they won’t hire me back bc of some miscommunication. And now There letting that chomo work there so if u have kids I wouldnt bring them there. Worst job I ever had. And super unsanitary
