Most excellent fish tacos. ?? This is the king of the taco trucks around town. I REALLY want the recipe for the tomatillo sauce for the fish tacos it was amazingly seasoned and paired perfectly with the rest of the ingredients.
Highly recommended! Fresh, Clean and authentic Mexican food. Good price with high quality. Carnitas is my favorite!

Another hidden gem in CdA. Found this place on a suggestion from my physical therapist. I was CA born and raised, lived in AZ, and have had legit taqueria food in many other places besides. N. ID has left me underwhelmed until today. Carne Asada burrito, no frills, beans meat and rice only. Salsa en el lado. The only negative was at the bottom of that fatty, the grease was dripping out quite freely. It kind of made the last 1/8 not as enjoyable. I own a food truck also, so I give my reviews the way I'd like to hear them. Honestly. Highly recommended, I have a new Mexican food source, they blow away everything I've tried so far in 4 years here.

Here we were missing our fresh tacos at a reasonable price not compromising quality and tacos. Los Panchos has made our standards. They are by far the best Mexican tacos I’ve had here in the Pacific Northwest, highly recommended you will enjoy it
