I've gone by three times to get a different protein smoothie and each time I am interrupted with sips of almond skin and clumped pea protein powder. Generally, their protein shakes are not at all appetizing, very unnatural and nauseating aftertaste.
Not sure if the gals never mix them completely or what, but I really wanted to like the wellness bar! Super sweet staff!

Pretty disappointed with the very small portion on my Trail Head bowl today , about 2/3 full with very little blueberries and granola . We asked why this was so sparse and they replied it was 10.5 ounces and did not offer to add more , honestly for $11 I felt very ripped off . The PF & Hayden stores seem n more generous in their portions. I won’t be back to this location again.
I don’t normally complain , but poor value for the money. We like the smoothies and other products though.

Grace, manager, is such a great addition to this business ⭐️. She always remembers my name, greets me with a warm smile, and knows my usual order for my Grandson, Mason, who won’t get an Acai Crunchy Monkey bowl anywhere else…..I have spoiled him with The Best….fresh ingredients, but most importantly showing him how to manage a business thro’ Grace’s example ⭐️. She really cares & wants us to feel special !!! Absolutely the Best place to go for a healthy snack !!!

I didn't end up getting anything I sat in drive thru for 10 minutes (no cars) pulled up.to the window nothing... went inside. both employees had headsets on and both were occupied with some woman looking though names saying her points are under a different name that she doesn't kno???(weird people can just claim they're points are under another name) i waited 5 more minutes but that was too much... I suggest coaching employees on being more aware of waiting customers and problem solving. I was not acknowledged once. 2 more cars were lost in the non answering drive thru too while I was there.

Gal that waited on us was very pleasant. However my bowl came out immediately but the two people I was with got skipped over multiple times and I had to walk up and ask twice and one bowl was sitting there out of reach and the smoothie was off to the side while they handed out multiple people’s orders ahead of us. Love this place but they need to get their order process together better cause post falls location does an amazing job!

Protein shake delicious, friendly gal in the drive but the intercom really needs to be fixed because the waiting has been too long. When I got to the window, it seemed like it took too long for the shake … I will be continuing to enjoy your establishment but will only drive-thru when I’m not in a hurry.
