We came here 2 days in a row, a Friday afternoon and a Saturday morning. Friday it was so great and wonderful service and Saturday morning was the complete opposite.
We waited over 20 minutes for 2 regular sized açaí bowls and 30 minutes for 1 coffee. We did not get the drip coffee until we finished eating the bowls. They also left our açaí bowls sitting behind the pickup counter and I went over there asking if we could have our bowls and the açaí was melted.
1 Coffee wasn’t given to us until 30 minutes from time we ordered. We wanted our money back for the coffee at this point. Based off this experience I wouldn’t recommend.

there was a pimple patch in my bowl. I saved the bowl for tomorrow, I went to eat it and a pimple patch was in it.

I came in at 6:45 pm, a full 15 minutes before closing, just wanting a smoothie. The workers saw me, ran to the back, and ignored me. I waited for 10 minutes, and finally one came out only to say, “Do you want me to open the cashier for you? We’re closed already.” This was before actual closing time. Not sure how the owners rely on these children to run the business — I was speechless. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

I go to the other locations quite often and found this one disappointing. Order was made wrong and took almost 15 min to make. My toast looked like a 5 year old assembled it. Girl behind the register was the epitmy of poor customer service.

I put in my order and a few minutes later two gals walked in and ordered smoothies. We were all wait for our orders and both of their orders were ready in about 5-7 minutes and I was still waiting (this was about 10 minutes later). I ordered an açaí bowl. I finally walked up and asked to get my money back because I was late for an appointment. I was told it was being worked on. I finally got it a couple minutes later. I did not choose to leave a tip ahead of my order. A tip should be earned, not used as leverage for whether service will be good or bad. I felt like I was marginalized by the server.
