Although this restaurant was not busy, service was poor and very slow. The food taste mediocre and very minimal for the price. It was also a little off that they pair chicken Marsala with bland mashed potatoes. It was better many years ago when it was Tito Macaroni's.

Joseph was our waiter and made the most pleasant dining experience we've had. Came here 2 years ago and came back thanks to the great experience we had! We love the 3 cheese tortellini! Shout out to Joseph!

This is our first time eating at Tito’s. Kayley was an amazing server, she was very patient taking our order and the food was amazing. We will definitely be coming back to Tito’s on our next trip.

So we went, as a couple(2 people). We were placed at a side table by a busy table that was loud. Felt like the freeway. AskedFor a vegetarian option, and what was delivered looked as if it was an afterthought or just no thought at all, and had meat in it. Add to it, to contact our server, we had to interrupt another server to get ours back, and After 5 minutes, they arrived. They took off the meal, which ok, but I wonder if this isn’t a common problem. We used to enjoy our time here and it seems that theres no chef there anymore? The meals did not taste like they used to. Their prices of the wine(which I buy when not going out) were more per glass than the price of a bottle so i wonder what else is going on? Over priced and not very good food. Maybe some training is in order, an overhaul of the menu, and some price comparison. I recently went to ROOTS for the first time, and was impressed so much, I’m sure to go back. Anthonys has me going back too as they are adding vegetarian meals to their menu. I sure hope titos gets it together.*AS A NOTE* I would love to chat with someone about the experience, but will never respond to an ‘auto response’ as a reply to my review. That tells me immediately, that ya just don’t care.
We were very excited to try Titos after seeing the way it was advertised on their website. We have tried many Italian restaurants between Spokane and CDA and unfortunately this was one of our least favorite. We reserved a regular table, specifically asked not to be seated at a high top and were still seated at a high top. The server was also the bartender and seemed a bit busy. We were rushed when ordering. We ordered soup and did not receive it. Other tables seemed to get bread when seated, we did not. The drinks and food came out quickly but we were not checked on throughout the meal. The appetizer of fried artichoke hearts was good but the main dishes were not amazing. The chicken parm was almost burnt. We hope to try this place again when it is less busy but for the price we are extremely disappointed and hope it was just an off night.
