Absolutely LOVE their Gelato! I've traveled all over Italy eating gelato. Gelato by the Lake has the BEST I've had and really makes me feel like I'm back in Italy all over again! I highly recommend them!
During our vacation in CDA, we found a lovely routine where, after dinner, we would walk to a nearby gelato shop. Their gelatos were consistently fantastic, and they even had vegan flavors, which was a relief for my son, who has a dairy intolerance. The non-dairy options were surprisingly delicious too. It was a simple yet delightful addition to our vacation experience. If you're in the area, I highly recommend giving it a try.

Great gelato option, but in the dozen or so times I've been here, I've never seen a traditional gelato flavor.I would love to see limone, frutti di bosco, fragola, stracciatella, bacio. I've never been to a gelato shop in Italy that these aren't an *always* available staple.I would raise this to 5 stars if I could get traditional gelato staples here.
