Everytime I order through doordash and request sugar cookies... I get chocolate chip. Spoke to the manager who said they are supposed to make cookies all day. But if they get busy they just substitute whatever they want. Might as well just put chicken nuggets in there or a piece of cheese.

Food is usually good. Wendy's is not speedy, you may sit in line an inordinate amount of time. Mozzarella chicken sandwich I would pass on. Needs improvement in the formula.

Normally good, typical Wendy's This time the chicken salad was not good. Clearly lettuce was past its prime. We were 30 miles away before noticing, otherwise would have returned it and gotten food to go elsewhere. Very disappointing. Staff was very friendly which is why a score of 3 and not 2
