I want to preface this with saying the following: This review reflects both this particular Wendy's location, & Wendy's as a whole.
Location specific: The service is about average here, nothing special, but no issues either. Always helpful & respectful. The food here is about average as well relative to other Wendy's locations. The location on Canfield seems to have slightly better quality food, but that is not always the case, and it could also be a result of me often times going to the Canfield location later at night, or mid-afternoon, when they are not very busy. Facilities are about average as well for this area. No Issues there.
Wendy's as a whole: Amazing prices, great food, and an amazing rewards program through their app. By far the best bang for your buck fast food place you can find. Definitely get the app, use the deals, if you like Frostys, get a Frosty Tag (gets you a free Jr Frosty for each tag you have with each purchase), and upgrade fries & drink to a large on combo meals if you're hungry, because it's very affordable. I frequent Wendy's wherever I go for an affordable, quality fast food meal.

Just went through the drive through and when I got my bag the lady immediately shut the window without asking if I needed anything else, which I did as she didn't give me a straw. I sat at the window and watched her scream at someone saying she did not like them, very loudly. Extremely unprofessional and to add to that my entire order was wrong. Missing several items and instead of regular nuggets, they were spicy and for my young daughter who refused them.

Waited 15 min at the drive through for 2 drinks and a cup of ice. Only 1 person in from of me the entire time. When I asked why they didn't have the person with the huge order pull off to the side, they said because someone did that to the VP of Wendy's last week. So they can't do that anymore.
So because the VP of Wendy's can't pull off to the side to allow others to get through the drive through quicker, then he shouldn't be in the hospitality business.

I mean who’s not a repeat eater here. I won’t be anymore. I just watched 3 staff wearing gloves and throw something away while their hand INSIDE the trash or feeling the edge and didn’t dispose went back to handling food. The drive through lady talking smack about some poor guy trying to order a burger and changing a flat in their parking lot. Kayla didn’t wear gloves when she opened the kids apples and scooped the apples bare handed with that said cup and then another one. Poor old man in front of me had been waiting longer than I was. At the counter 10 mins and left disgusted and feeling bad for the patrons. They all still were in line. Anyways I went to McDonald’s where they don’t claim to be fresh and lie. Btw I’m not hangry I’m eating my Big Mac typing this.
