Terrible service today! We put in an order at 4:15, to pick up at 5:00pm. Waited 45 minutes when we got there at 5. Talked to the manager and asked why it was taking so long, and she said "well it's a busy time and I can only put so much chicken in at a time". She was extremely rude, and honestly could care less if it was late, or if we were upset. Didn't apologize at all.Isn't that the point to do a pre-order for a time to pick up, so they have time to do all of the orders?!Rediculous!

Went here with high hopes of the food being better than KFC. Walked in the place, terribly hungry. it was only one quarter full. No greeting, placed a to-go order of 4 basic wings and an order of fries but decided to eat indoors after a 25+-minute wait. The wings were substandard and tasteless, and the fries were a soggy mess so heavily salted that I involuntarily vomited after I had eaten only 5 fries. Luckily, I had been able to make it outside.......barely...... before...... UCK!!! very embarrassing!!

Came with my 13 year old son. Staff turned on explicit, profanity laced rap music at high volume. Food was poor and took 30 minutes to get our order (lots of time to take in the staff's music choice)
Not a sit down sort of place. Everything was grubby, the floors, tables and counters up front. Obviously caters to a takeout/Uber type of order. Tables weren't bussed and didn't have a garbage can in sight to take care of it yourself. The tray I got was greasy sticky... Just a really bad first impression on cleanliness. The place was decorated cool and my hubby said he enjoyed the food.

Place used to be great back in the day. Since the pandemic, doesnt seem like they’ve gotten their stuff together. In past orders ive received wrong or missing items. Decided to give them another try through Uber, I ordered Cajun corn and received Cajun fries. Order an orange fanta and received fruit punch. Uber gave me some credit but I don’t think it should be so excusable on the restaurants part to be so wrong so many times in a row. On top of that our order was 30 minutes late, which wouldn’t be that big of a deal if our order wasn’t wrong. Some change needs to happen

The music was so loud I couldn't hear my son talking to me and it was music I wouldn't even normally allow my children to listen too. Other than that service and food was great. Music ruined the experience however.

I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing with Hawaiian and BBQ, I recieved my fiancés flavors of Louisiana Rub and Cajun. In return he recieved my flavors on his, which were supposed to be all drums, we even paid extra and he got flats. Then we ordered cheese fries and paid extra for seasoning that was also not put on. When trying to contact the store they do not answer. Thank you for wasting my almost $50 and having absolutely no customer service.
