I was at this location the weekend of car d’ Alene, and I just want to acknowledge how amazing it was! The service was awesome, staff was friendly, and the food was wonderful!! I will for sure be coming back to this location!

Never did try the food. Got our money back and left. Was here during car d lane car show. They had the bathrooms open, then suddenly blocked them off and was told to just wash our hands in a nearby outhouse. We just paid 30 dollars for overpriced food to begin with. I understand crowds of people, but when you are a paying customer you should be allowed to use your bathroom. Terrible customer service.

They just know how to cook, I can't even explain it, the fries, burgers, mozzarella sticks, everything always taste good. It's one of my favorite Zips in the area. The people who have been working there for the past year have just been really great!

Closing your restrooms while continuing to offer dine-in service is a violation of the ADA. And also, just plain un-cool. I only went in to use the bathroom after the Christmas parade, except I bought fries, making me a customer. Still a clear violation of the law and basic human decency. Also, zips has terrible food. Better burgers literally anywhere else.

SO.... MANY.... FLIES.
I have come to this location twice in the last few months and both times, I was constantly swatting flies away from my food. The location really looks like it rarely gets cleaned either. It's just gross. I expected more from a newer / flagship Zip's location, but will probably not go back to this one.
As for Zip's in general, the food sizes have gone way down while the prices have risen more than other fast food locations. I still like the taste, but you no longer get your money's worth anymore. It's sad to see such a local icon of a company fall so far.

Extremely disappointed in our food tonight. Over $30 just to get a burnt hamburger bun, tater tots and fries that were soggy, and chicken strips that were "minis". It's sad because we usually have a good experience at zips, but this is second time we have gotten under cooked fries and small chicken strips.

Give them all raises ?I have been to many locations throughout CDA, Spokane, and everywhere in between, but this is by far the best. Just came through kinda late at night, and the staff was so sweet! The food was hot, and cooked perfectly, and it overall felt like an actual restaurant instead of fast food due to the service. ?? 10/10 recommend

Food is always good! I love their burgers, fries, and tarter sauce! Their cod and chips are restaurant quality. The staff is always friendly.
