We love this place and have dined here on special occasions for many years. We enjoyed our “go to” entrees of bison short rib and lobster and shrimp ravioli. We started with the fantastic calamari appetizer and ended with marvelous chocolate lava cake and coffee. The bison lasagna is also a favorite. We treat our out of town guests with a delicious meal here and they are impressed we have such an authentic Italian restaurant in our little mountain town.
Food, service and dining at regazza is always great. It's like eating at someone's house. Fresh food, homemade pasta, sauces...great wine list. Chef topple and his staff has does a great job
I can't possibly write a review every time we dine at this fabulous local gem. As a full-time resident of Tamarack Resort since 2020, and lover of fine dining, Ragazza di Bufalo has been a savior to my palate! The food quality is always exceptional, rotating seasonal menus keep it interesting, and the wine selection is wonderful.
