Wonderful sour dough. Not overly sour but a sophisticated sour that is wonderful on the palate. It also toast great.
Another a bread that you make is the rustic and that also has a nice subtle flavor and a nice crust. Works great when making a sandwich as does the sourdough. It's just a nice bread.
Another bregg which I found delightful is the cranberry walnut. And it makes exceptional French toast. It is full flavored what they wonderful body and crust. A bread to savor...read full review
