We weren’t going to be in town long enough for the next reservation slot, so we waited and ate at the bar so we had lots of interaction with the sushi chef. I had just returned from a business trip to Japan before going to Driggs and the sushi in Driggs was better than any I had in Kobe!”

We had a particular request.. to throw a small engagement party for our son. And Lula couldn't have been more helpful and understanding.
In particular, Ian, who was working at the time. He was super helpful, and even assisted with putting up some of the decorations. As well as being very knowledgeable in regard to the wine selections.
The engagement party couldn't have went better, and everyone had the best time at Lula Wine Bar & Bistro.

“We were visiting driggs and decided to stop in for dinner. We loved the aesthetics of the restaurant. They served hot homemade chips with a slightly spicy dip. For our appetizer we had the charcuterie board. One word, delicious! I had the beef tips special. It didn’t disappoint! I would DEFINITELY order it again. My brother in law had the halibut special. He said it was amazing! My husband and sister in law had burgers. They said it was a good as it looked! You should try it!”

“I live in Driggs, Idaho — a town so small that ‘date night’ usually means choosing between the gas station hot dog or the other gas station hot dog. Then we discovered Maison.
The staff is fantastic, the atmosphere is cozy, and the wine selection has something for every budget — from ‘celebrating an anniversary’ to ‘just surviving a Tuesday.’
Five stars. This is the one of the few reasons I leave the house in winter.​​​​​​​”

“Forage is our new favorite place in Eastern Idaho. We've gone there at least 5 times in the last few months because it's just that good. They always have a great steak special, the meatballs are to die for, the charcuterie board is so good, polenta fries and Brie is very good as well. They have a great bartender that goes over and beyond serving and making the drinks. If you haven't tried this place you absolutely need too!”

“Wonderful sour dough. Not overly sour but a sophisticated sour that is wonderful on the palate. It also toast great. Another a bread that you make is the rustic and that also has a nice subtle flavor and a nice crust. Works great when making a sandwich as does the sourdough. It's just a nice bread. Another bregg which I found delightful is the cranberry walnut. And it makes exceptional French toast. It is full flavored what they wonderful body and crust. A bread to savor and enjoy.”
