“We had breakfast and dinner here, and both meals were great. Excellent hotel American food. Service was pretty good and all the food was solid. They can deliver to your room, but be advised they it comes with a 20% room service charge.

Everything was pretty good for the standard American restaurant at the lodge. I particularly liked the corn crusted red trout for dinner and the cowboy omelette for breakfast. Produce tasted fresh and their green smoothie was pretty good as well

Service- 5 stars
Food came out quickly and the servers and bartenders were really attentive. They were even able to drop off food in our room when we were doing some sunrise tours at Grand Teton NP (just to make sure we used our breakfast credit)

“I was treated better here than my stay at Cloudveil! This was absolutely the best meal I have had in Jackson. Our waiter (I can't remember his name) was PHENOMENAL. He suggested some great items and substitutions to make our meal even better. The ambiance was amazing. So glad we decided on this being our last meal before we left to return home! What a way to end on a high note!”

“The food was outstanding! Seriously was blown away. I had the Venetian Shrimp and grits which was added just recently to the menu and hubby had the Chicken Parm. Shrimp and Grits was simply amazing! Would order that every time I come in. The combination of flavors as well as the smoothness of the grits. Hats off to the chef!! Seriously - awesome!!!”

“Overall it has been a positive experience. Check-in: I arrived after check in time. Staff is always friendly. Leo checked me in on my first visit. Second visit I saw him and he recalled our conversation from the time before. They are dog friendly which is a plus in my book. Room: first experience was fantastic, the room had a wet bar, real plates, silverware, fridge and microwave. On my second stay there was not the above accommodations. However, I called and a fridge and microwave were brought to my room. All rooms seem to have some type of balcony which is nice. I will ask for the first room when I visit again. House Keeping: is every three days you can ask for additional housekeeping if needed. We had them come our second night and remove our trash. Easy call to the front desk. Restaurant: Food is excellent. Try the stracciatella it is out of this world and the beef short ribs melt in your mouth. We enjoyed cocktails during our dining as well. Josiah was wonderful and ensured we were accommodated because we had our pup and did a phenomenal job making us feel welcome, Debbie provided excellent service and Mike the manager stopped by to chat for a while. We visited the restaurant twice on our visit. The second visit we called down prior to coming and when we arrived, our table was set for us and dog water in all.”

“After staying at Jenny Lake Lodge the last two summers I’m leaving this bit of review right here - The cabins we stayed at were wonderful some had nice views others not so much it was quiet and very peaceful we’d read it was geared towards adults with no kids playgrounds or activities however there were several families there so much so we were unable to snag a horseback ride as the “ reservation system” was first come first served and by sign up on a clip board. The food was delicious and we liked the dress code and followed it , others did not. As far as price it was a little overpriced for value, I heard they were revamping this season. We did like that it was easy to hike out of you could leave your vehicle behind.”

“The restaurant, ambiance, and food were incredible. But the real highlight is the service. We came with a large group for our company, and I have a food allergy. DAVE was incredible about coming around for every course, telling me what I could eat and what to avoid. If I wanted to try something with the ingredients I’m allergic to, he made sure a small portion was brought out for me. Every plate he set in front of me, he reiterated me that it was safe for me to eat. On top of that, my glass was always refilled, and every request we made was fulfilled promptly. What a great night! “We were really pleased with this place. The food was fantastic. We had the fried wontons, garlic green beans, and spicy 🌶 fried rice with protein. It did not disappoint! Service was good, atmosphere cozy. There is outdoor seating also. We would go again!”
