Cute little bakery. Food and drinks were excellent. Quick and easy service. Small location with lots of people but turns pretty quickly. We hope an egg sandwich and omelet. Both great.
Excellent food, amazing coffee and delicious bakery!
Skip the greasy spoons and grab breakfast here before heading out to the park (your stomach will thank you). Pastries, eggs and coffee are all great. You will wait a bit for anything ordered off the menu/specialty coffee but so worth it.

Based on the reviews, Persephone Westbank is a lovely stop for coffee and brunch. The best caramel latte, delicious hazel nut latte, and Pistachio Latte are all highlights, with drinks good even by specialty coffee shop standards. The food is delicious; the frangipane tart is a MUST, the quiche was the best ever, and the avocado tartine with scrambled eggs is flavorful. The ambiance is lovely, with a super cute atmosphere and lots of fun little gifts, cute Valentines Day treats, and gorgeous pottery to purchase. The service is great, with staff going above and beyond. However, the restaurant is super busy, so guests should not be rushed. The quiche came cold in the centre, and the muffins were a tad overbaked, but the almond croissant was to die for. Dairy free and gluten free options are available. This is a gem in Jackson and a quintessential memory of a trip.
