Employees and the manager are all great and live up to what you'd expect at a Four Seasons establishment. The manager went out of her way to procure ingredients for a special drink request. The food was also very good. The popcorn chicken tasted like jidori chicken as they were very, very juicy. Wagyu rice bowl was split into two since we were sharing which we appreciated. Another memorable stay with the Four Seasons! We can always count on the brand to provide top notch service and comfortable rooms in a picturesque setting, and Jackson Hole definitely lived up to the reputation. The rooms are spacious and tastefully updated. The pool area is very serene among the aspen trees and the perfect way to cool down after a day of adventure in the Tetons. As always, the service was wonderful, room was clean and comfortable, and hotel amenities were great (gym could use some expanding though).
