New steakhouse next to Handlebar at Four Seasons. Great food.
Had possibly the best steak I have had in a year or more. We started the meal with an Heirloom Tomato Salad with some other berries in a vinegar and olive oil dressing with Burrata and also a plate of Roasted King Crab Legs. Yes roasted and delicious and maybe the way I need to always eat them going forward. For the main course my wife had the 4 oz Snake River Farms Wagyu and I had the 10 oz NY Strip from the same source. You can order an entire flight of sauces to put on it,...read full review
Great food, the skillet is amazing and the carrots were super tasty but need to improve on preparation. Great staff! Super knowledgeable and friendly. I do recommend to the restaurant to give the butter softer. It was cold and hard

Steadfire Chophouse has a romantic setting, making it perfect for a group date. The service is phenomenal and the staff is amazing. The steak is perfect and the restaurant offers a great selection, including the steak sampler and strip. Other popular dishes include oysters, bison tartar, pork belly, quail, and scallop. The sides, such as broccolini and fries, are also delicious. For dessert, the smoked chocolate ganache and s'mores are options. The location and ambience are lovely, with a beautiful space and lovely details. While some dishes may be over-salted, the overall experience is superb, with excellent cocktails and great food. The restaurant also offers complimentary valet. Prices may be a little higher than normal, but the experience is worth it.
