Had the most exceptional dinner at Steadfire! The service and food are top notch! I enjoyed the Waygu filet which was melt in your mouth delicious. My husband ordered the pork chop which he said was the best he’s ever eaten. The ambience and view of the mountains is breathtaking. A very solid restaurant with reasonable prices. While it is not just game food, if you like game food, this is a great one. The bone crusted bison tomahawk was incredible! Picturesque views of the slopes while you dine complete the experience. Our waiter was very attentive and made excellent recommendations.
Very good eatery. The service is exceptional. Excellent Caesar salad and beef Cuts.

Steadfire Chophouse has a romantic setting, making it perfect for a group date. The service is phenomenal and the staff is amazing. The steak is perfect and the restaurant offers a great selection, including the steak sampler and strip. Other popular dishes include oysters, bison tartar, pork belly, quail, and scallop. The sides, such as broccolini and fries, are also delicious. For dessert, the smoked chocolate ganache and s'mores are options. The location and ambience are lovely, with a beautiful space and lovely details. While some dishes may be over-salted, the overall experience is superb, with excellent cocktails and great food. The restaurant also offers complimentary valet. Prices may be a little higher than normal, but the experience is worth it.
