“It is a food truck but actually there are indoor sitting areas shared with a bar. We had the Otto burgers, fries and onion rings. All are great, especially the onion rings. Food has large portions. There is a beer discount in the bar when ordering burgers.”

“For over a decade I traveled the U.S. across 15 States on business, in which I stayed at the finest hotels and ate at some of the best known finest restaurants in this country. I happened to stay at the Bronze Buffalo Ranch while visiting the Tetons and ate at their restaurant. I was completely taken by surprise at the unreal level of quality, variety and service offered by their staff. From their home-made brioche to their unique Caesar Salad and butter rich Halibut the dinner was perhaps the finest I've EVER had in my entire 72 years of life. I'm NOT Kidding. If you ever have a chance to eat here do NOT miss that chance. Your life will be changed.”

She has a delicious selection of wines by the glass and bottles on hand. The menu is perfect for just a small bite, a sandwich, or a full dinner. The food is amazing… you have to try the smoked olives! I joined their wine club and am loving it.”

“We were visiting driggs and decided to stop in for dinner. We loved the aesthetics of the restaurant. They served hot homemade chips with a slightly spicy dip. For our appetizer we had the charcuterie board. One word, delicious! I had the beef tips special. It didn’t disappoint! I would DEFINITELY order it again. My brother in law had the halibut special. He said it was amazing! My husband and sister in law had burgers. They said it was a good as it looked! You should try it!”

Another a bread that you make is the rustic and that also has a nice subtle flavor and a nice crust. Works great when making a sandwich as does the sourdough. It's just a nice bread. Another bregg which I found delightful is the cranberry walnut. And it makes exceptional French toast. It is full flavored what they wonderful body and crust. A bread to savor and enjoy.”

“Forage is our new favorite place in Eastern Idaho. We've gone there at least 5 times in the last few months because it's just that good. They always have a great steak special, the meatballs are to die for, the charcuterie board is so good, polenta fries and Brie is very good as well. They have a great bartender that goes over and beyond serving and making the drinks. If you haven't tried this place you absolutely need too!”
