I've seen little of Idaho, but Victor Emporium's milshakes are certainly the best.
The mythical Huckleberry, incredible. But brown trout, crazy. The best I've ever tried in my life. We remembered it for a week. What madness!

Please change your hours for online searches. We had promised a visiting relative a huckleberry shake and Google has 8pm closing time. We get there at 7:10 and there is a hand written sign on the door that says 7pm closing time. So disappointed and I felt terrible bc that was his only request the entire 4 days if their visit. Four stars bc the place is still great.
