Best sushi ever. Great service. Great atmosphere.
Incredible dining experience!!
We had a fabulous sushi dinner. The specials were superb. Atmosphere is relaxed and comfy. We weren’t going to be in town long enough for the next reservation slot, so we waited and ate at the bar so we had lots of interaction with the sushi chef. I had just returned from a business trip to Japan before going to Driggs and the sushi in Driggs was better than any I had in Kobe!

The creative menu includes excellent execution, with fresh and flavorful options like sea bass, kampachi, and scallops. The staff has stayed very consistent since opening, ensuring great food and a great experience. The casual environment is lively but can get loud when full—reservations are recommended. Don’t miss the delicious Ube dessert, called the best ice cream ever. Visitors from out of town are blown away by some of the best sushi they’ve ever tasted, even comparing it to fine sushi restaurants in big cities. A MUST visit in Driggs!
