What a wonderful place. We were in the parking lot, when the owner came out and greeted us and gave us a fresh baguette. We couldn’t wait to eat it and we served it up in the parking lot.Not just good bread but good karmas!

Wonderful sour dough. Not overly sour but a sophisticated sour that is wonderful on the palate. It also toast great. Another a bread that you make is the rustic and that also has a nice subtle flavor and a nice crust. Works great when making a sandwich as does the sourdough. It's just a nice bread. Another bregg which I found delightful is the cranberry walnut. And it makes exceptional French toast. It is full flavored what they wonderful body and crust. A bread to savor and enjoy.

Ty and team spent a significant amount of time perfecting their bread, brining in specialized ovens to bake it just right. It shows. We bought all of their loaves for a long weekend, and each one was as good or better than the last. They are highly specialized and very, very good! The store is a few yards off the main road, but it is worth visiting. It also smells so good!!
