I ordered awhile back and my order was 45 minutes late and arrived at 11:45. I didn’t leave bad review then but now I know why my order was probably late. I was driving back from Driggs and ended up behind a white car that had a dominoes sign on top but can’t remember if it was a Chevy but wasn’t the dominoes car. Tell me why this delivery driver wanted to drive 40miles per hour on a 55 mph highway with clear sky’s no wind for 8 straight miles!!! You can’t pass people at rush hour cuz the upcoming Jackson traffic. The person then decides to break check me because me and a line of cars were stuck trying to pass this person !!! You can pass people during rush hour because of the Jackson traffic coming to Driggs. Somehow at rush hour they didn’t have anybody for miles ahead of them! As they are about to turn .5 miles away near 5000 ,they proceed to only go 20 mph until they turned making everyone TAILGATE ME! This delivery driver is probably the reason your delivery these days is LATE! 7 people now have all said the same thing that the delivery drivers are taking there time going below speed limits. Time to look into your employees that work the night shift and the employee with the white car. Today was a Tuesday 11/11/25 if that helps but that was completely ridiculous of the white car delivery driver and will never support this location cuz of my wasted time!!

I love the convenience, but my friends and I order from this location regularly, and in the last month we have gotten sick after every one of our orders. We don’t have this experience with other locations. We were excited for the convenience coming here to the valley, but we will not order from here again.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Made an order for delivery last night, estimated time for delivery 19-24 mins. After an hour I started calling the store, rang and rang, called 10x. Finally after 2 hours I turned our porch lights off, assuming they weren’t going to deliver our food. Checked the pizza tracker this morning and found that it said the order was cancelled. Very dissatisfied, disappointed and angry, what a waste of time. Not a good look for a chain in our small community. Now have to wait until they open for the day, wonder if they will answer the phone?!

Horrible staff. Had problems with my order multiple times. When I asked for a refund. I was told to never come back as a threat by one of the pizza cutters. I asked for a manager and got a little boy. Did not take my allergy seriously. Gave me more of what im allergic to on my second remake pizza. Then Said they cross contaminate everything. So I couldn't even order here. Horrible unsanitary conditions. This location needs to be investigated.

Placed my order online at 6:30 to be ready for pickup at 7:30. Showed up on time, only to be told they hadn’t even started it yet. They didn’t bother putting it in the oven until 7:40. On top of that, when we explained we had a crying baby in the car, the staff just laughed instead of showing any consideration. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful experience.
Manager needs to learn how to get his hands dirty, and help out when the stores busy, instead of allowing his two employees run around like crazy and give them a hard time food is good and and the other two employees were great. Manager is a joke.

We had only gotten pizza from here once since it opened, but decided to order again today. We got the ultimate pepperoni with the stuffed crust. The sauce was so good! Tons of pepperoni, tons of cheese. We always ask to have the pizza cooked well done (for those mentioning soggy crust). We'll definitely be ordering this again.

The convenience can’t be beat on busy evenings, however we have ordered their pan pizza quite a few times, and it is ALWAYS underdone. I’m talking biting into raw dough underdone. I have even asked them to bake it longer and it’s still underdone. You’re feeding your customers raw dough!! Please overbake it if you’re not sure!
