Went in for a tasting, and was met by friendly staff. They provided great information on the whiskey I was tasting, and the history of the distillery itself. Loved the single barrel whiskey, and the 8 year private stock. Cool spot!

You have to schedule an appointment to make a tour, and so we did. We arrived and they told us the tour guide would be ready in 5-10 minutes. A worker went out to smoke, and returned throwing her lighter next to us. As after 15 minutes our presence was not acknowledged, we left. The bartender made a surprised-yet-whatever face while watching us leaving.

We booked an appointment for a tour. We got there and the person taking care of customers said that we should wait 10 minutes for the person that was giving us the tour. I understand that they might have been busy, but after the 10 minutes passed nothing happened. I waited inside the taproom and no one seemed to care that I was there waiting, since they just ignored me. I left after waiting for 15 minutes and not having an explanation of what was going on.

Jordan was awesome. Very knowledgeable of the products the process and the flavors. We definitely recommend taking the toor. Can't beat a $1 tour. The whiskeys and vodkas were very tasty and I will be back if ever in the area.

If you want a down to earth, super knowledgeable person for your tour guide, ask for Jordan. We came in just to kill time and she sold us on a couple bottles, a tour and some glasses. She taught us a lot and we left very happy. Thanks Jordan!
