Teton Thai is a must-visit in Driggs for the pineapple fried rice alone! The restaurant has such an inviting, warm atmosphere, and our server, John, was fantastic—super attentive and professional.
The only downside was the seating policy regarding party sizes. After a 75-minute wait, our original party of 7 dropped to 4 because the others couldn't stay any longer. Even though the larger table was ready and open, the host wouldn't seat us there and told us they had to find us a new table for four instead.
I definitely understand the need to maximize seating in a busy, cozy restaurant like this, but after waiting over an hour already, it was a bit disappointing to feel like we were being sent back to the start of the queue. That being said, the food is 10/10 for flavor, so just make sure your whole party is ready for a long wait! (Note: we went on a Sunday night on a holiday weekend)

My husband and I went here for dinner the other night before taking on Jackson and the Tetons the following day. We ordered the wontons for an app which were ok - the sauce was better than the wontons themselves -, and for entrees my husband ordered the spicy fried rice and I ordered the green curry with chicken both at 2 spice level. The entrees were great and came out pretty quickly. My only complaint is that it was SO COLD in the restaurant. It was a little chilly outside, nothing crazy, but in the restaurant the AC was on blast the whole time. My husband ended up grabbing my jacket from the car. Come here for the food and bring an extra layer for the AC!

Absolutely delicious food, fast service and comfortable atmosphere. We ate here during our recent trip to Grand Teton NP and we loved the food! We had thai iced tea, thai basil fried rice with chicken and pad kee mao noodles. I particularly liked the fact that one can choose spice level from 1 to 5, I chose 2 my husband chose 3…..both were really flavorful.

Maybe my expectations were a bit high as a native Southeast Asian, but the Pad Thai was disappointingly bland and basic (as some other comments also mention). For the price, I expected much better. But this one was just pure oily and flavorless. And honestly, at a Thai restaurant, if you can’t get Pad Thai right, which is the most iconic Thai dish, it really feels like a big miss.

Took almost an hour for a to go order placed at the hostess station. Ironically, a tip was required for my single entree, but a tip means To Insure Prompt Service.
Food was fine but overpriced. I’ve been a couple times in the past but probably leaning at not coming back unless there is a firm reason.

I got the Massaman Curry and it was delicious! I thought the restaurant was a fun environment too - it's a bit of tight quarters, but I kind of liked it? It felt bustling and cozy during the frigid winter night. (I would probably NOT have liked that if I had my kids with me - I don't think I'd bring my kids here for that reason alone) This restaurant being so good was a fun surprise in small-town Driggs.

The food service and atmosphere was great, but it doesn’t seem to be a brewery at all despite the name of the place. Very confusing. Would recommend for great Thai food and plenty of vegetarian options.

Is there a new owner? Had eaten there on our way to Tetons, from CA, for several years …missed last 2 or so until Tuesday. Bland dry noodles, actually put broth from our duck soup to try to season. A few pieces of duck meat and again bland…expensive..wont return

A Hidden Gem in Driggs!
We stopped by this restaurant on our way back from Grand Teton, and it was such a pleasant surprise! We ordered the Gang Karee curry and the pineapple fried rice. The curry was absolutely delicious—creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was chill, clean, and spacious—great for relaxing after a long drive. Never expected to find such amazing food in Driggs. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area!
