this was one of the single best dining experiences i have ever had! i feel like i need to specify that their description says things like "casual american fare" but this places strong suit is absolutely their mexican food! i can be kind of a mexican food snob, im blessed to come from an area with so many good options and this dish was GREAT. the staff were so helpful, we had never been there before so i had many questions and she was patient and polite. i liked the atmosphere too, its SO SMALL but it just feels cozy and intimate. this restaurant also had some of the most gluten free options ive ever seen. 10/10 will come again, may even drive an hour to driggs just to eat here again 😂

Extremely good breakfast food. The potato bowl is great (the green chili one) as is the breakfast burrito. If you want breakfast, this is the place. They also have excellent coffee and espresso.

Very good breakfast! The Chilaquiles was amazing. My wife got it the first morning, so we had to go back the second morning, so I could get it. We also had an omelet and biscuits and gravy and it was all very good. Even the coffee was good, which I don't normally notice. Staff was quick and polite. I wish we had this back home in IL.

We ordered the Machaca Plate and the Chief’s Potato Bowl. The portions were big and the food was very hot and delicious!! The coffees were perfect and fresh. The host and our waiter were very prompt and friendly. We were checked on two or three times.
They have a great menu with lots of unique options. We really wanted to get breakfast here a few times while staying in Driggs, but we didn’t have time. I totally recommend The Provision Kitchen as your breakfast spot in Driggs!!
