The house wines are delightful, and the view from the windows is spectacular. The focaccia bread with ricotta dip was insanely good, and the special tempura shrimp was really good. The wild caught salmon was delicious, and the chicken parmesan was perfectly crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. Chef Steve and Three Peaks Catering did an incredible job, with phenomenal food from tender, flavorful beef brisket to refreshing spicy huckleberry margaritas. The service was impeccable, attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring a seamless experience.
