In any industry, sport, discipline, whatever, there are people that are gifted to be extraordinary. The owner of Bella Biscotteria is just that. Every time I step in there I’m greeted warmly with a smile, often by the owner, and met with an immediate sense of ease as I take in the delightful vibe she has curated in this small bakery. Stopped by for the first time yesterday and I’m so glad we found this wonderful bakery! The pastry was delicious and the owners were so nice. What a little treasure in Eagle.
We finally got to stop in and we were so delighted. They were so happy to see us they actually clapped for us!! It was such a fun visit. We loved the pana cotta and ate it on the way home. We enjoyed our biscotti and breakfast cookies all weekend. We can’t wait to go back for more.
