Alonso at the W State/Eagle location was great! We had a large order and he is one of the first people to not constantly say is that it after every item. He made sure we had all of our items, asked what sauce we needed and was just super helpful.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Egg barely covered the crunchy biscuit and on 1/2 a slice of bacon. Jimmy Dean freezer Bacon egg and cheese would have been better and half the price.

I've always preferred a charbroiled burger to one cooked on a flat top grill, so I've gravitated to Carl's when I go rougue and do fast food... I'm also a little particular about how I like my food prepared, etc., so I typically add a few custom instructions at the point of order... I ordered a Superstar with cheese w/o onion, fried zucchini, cooked extra crispy, and a soft drink. The crew at Carl's on State St. in Eagle, has executed this order twice for me in the last week and did so flawlessly. Plus, the drive through folks are friendly and haven't forgotten napkins, straws, or the condiments I asked for when I ordered. Thanks Carl's crew, for doing your jobs well!
