Haven’t been to CJ’s in a long time. Burger was outstanding, fresh and huge. Reminded me of an upgraded whopper but better with the charbroil. Fries were smoking hot and perfect. Excellent experience. Staff were helpful and quick.
I went to purchase a birthday meal for my husband. I chose to go inside for my order rather than use the drive thru. The staff were friendly and very efficient. My order was taken and completed within 10 minutes. The food was excellent and I will definitely purchase from this store again.
So its Carl's Jr....that's pretty much all that needs to be said...but here is my reason for actually leaving a review...I stopped by a few weeks ago...just before lunchtime..the guy that was working the counter ...trally wish I paid attention to his name because I would have called him out by name....was the most pleasant...friendly....quick .... attentive service I have ever recieved at a fast food restaurant. Carl's Jr. serves great fries that are hot and fresh. The burger is okay, but sometimes it is at room temperature. The drive-through service can be a problem, with staff speaking softly and making mistakes with orders. Some customers have been going to Carl's Jr. for a long time and enjoy the food, including the lettuce wrapped sandwiches for the KETO diet. However, the play area is no longer available and the kids area is not well maintained, with a bad smell. The main dining room is better, with adequate staff and quick food service. Customers can order food like chicken stars, but some think it is expensive for what they get.
